The Charleston Police need your help at identifying and catching a couple of theives. The women used lock cutters to access women's belongings at the Charleston YMCA. They made off with three women's purses.
Now comes the strange part. The theives went on a shopping spree using the stolen ATM cards that were in the purses. It gets even stranger. Two of the three women gave their PINs when the theives contacted them and said they were their bank!
Nothing like being a loser twice!
