Who's Shocked?

In today's society morals and values seem to be non-existant. We can swear to tell the truth but will lie through our teeth. We can claim how good a person we are and be rotten to the core. At one time these may have been the exceptions not the rules, but today they tend to be more of the norm than ever before.
Society is changing and maintaining a wholesome image may be buried in our human image. We are allowed to be hypocrites. We feel no guilt or remorse. We are not concerned at committing a crime and crying how sorry we are only when we get caught.
These are some extreme words that will set the stage for today's story. Something that really shouldn't surprise us, but some may feel it is a big deal. Despite going against their code, scouts drink and take drugs! Gee they're only kids and if adults give 'their word' freely, why shouldn't they.
