Who's On Dope? The Case Of Dumb and Dumber!

Here's one for the books, this has nothing to do with dope but rather a near sighted cop and a stupid criminal. Actually they were both a couple of dimbulbs but the cop was going to make an arrest anyway!

A man tells the cops that his bomb isn't a dope pipe! Thanks for the correction, Einstein, and brilliant observation, officer!
