When Perversion Is NOT A Crime
August 29th 2010 14:30
In the United States anyone may take photographs of whatever they want when they are in a public place or places where they have permission to take photographs. As long as there are no specific legal prohibition such as a statute or ordinance, you are legally entitled to take photographs.
So if you're doing a photo shoot with a hot model in a ballerina pose out in public, it's OK for a pervert to come along and videotape her body parts!
A videographer couldn't resist apparently. Some people miss the difference between private and public. This is why the paparazzi photogs get away with mauling the celebrities with their cameras.
So take your cameras and videos with you and see what you find in the public domain!
