A homeless man who lists his address as the county jail is racking up a bunch of charges. Criminal trespassing, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana! On March 1 the man broke through a deadbolt door and grabbed a woman's arm but was confronted by a couple of friends.
The man was out of prison and the woman allowed him to stay at her place. During his stay the man didn't sleep, drank, spoke incoherently, and stated that he was a werewolf! When he was caught he had some wacky tobacky on him.
Moral of the story is to let the homeless convict stay homeless!
