Wanted Cellphone Silencers

The current most annoying habit on earth may have met a bit of snag. We all know them and are guilty of indulging in the practice ourselves for sure. The people who get cellphone calls in places where they shouldn't. We have to hear their ring tones to the tune of classic or rock. It happens in theaters, churches, restaurants, and even mosques!
In Turkey the imans are installing cellphone silencers in mosques. I can't believe that these things aren't installed everywhere! The salesman for these devices hope they become popular. I think they will and are a bargain at $500!
Then we have the communication industry that claims that this infringes on the 22nd article of the Turkish Constitution which guarantees freedom of communication.
