A new low comes to us from a couple of teens that rob a Girl Scout. One tricks her and steals her cookie money while the other drives the getaway car. When caught the girls are very sorry...

Sorry that they got caught after going through all the trouble of robbing the little girl. This is definitely a Paris and Nicole moment!
