A woman that is told that she is 'too sexy', may be flattered by the compliment. It's a different story when she is told to be too sexy and a distraction. A woman on a bus was told that her cleavage is too distracting for the bus driver. She was told to either change seats or get off the bus.
She cried humiliation, but the bus company sided with the driver who is responsible for the safety of the passengers.
