Three Time Loser Goes For Four

Doing stupid things that involve breaking the law could possibly lead to other discoveries and charges. You're on the run from a warrant, have a bag of pot and owe child support, and decide to catch a cop's attention.

Nothing like urinating in public to accomplish this. He currently lives in a rectangular cell at the county correctional facility!
