I actually can see the warped drug logic to growing pot on a cop's land. It is the most unlikely place to find pot. Unfortunately, there must not be any witnesses and the cop has to be on dope, too!
A teen was growing pot on a cop's property. The teen truly loved his dope and had pictures on his cellphone to prove it!
