Remember this guy? The prison term was only the beginning of his problems. Seems that Stoney Rancher, Rasta Reeses and Keefer Kat is going to cost him big. Hershey plans to sue him for trademark infringement, trademark dilution and unfair competition. They are asking for $100000 in damages!
