The Most Offensive Word To Women

The title says it all and most of the English-speaking world knows that offensive word. It is a word that has repercussions...bet on it. A governor appointee used it against a fellow board member. He said it right in the microphone which amplified it even if it was under his breath.

I wouldn't want to be this guy!
