Danny Robert Villegas enjoyed his stay in a federal penitentiary so much that he got homesick! The fool tried to rob a bank in Florida to get more prison time.
Villegas told the teller he was going to rob the bank. He then told the teller to call the police then sat down and waited for them in the bank's lobby. Villegas has been charged with bank robbery.
Now here's something where Mr Villegas may have miscalculated. Ten years ago he served 70 months(5 yrs 10mon) in a Phoenix(Arizona) federal penitentiary after he robbed a bank in California. Now he is charged in Florida. What happens if they send him to a different penitentiary in a different state? One that is not so welcoming? Oh, wait, he's a career dumbass criminal who feels at home in a confined environment where everything is free! My mistake.

I've heard that federal penitentiaries are fairly uniform in their amenities. Since he committed the same sort of crime, he'll end up in the same sort of pen.
