The Clueless Youth
March 22nd 2008 17:10
There once was a robbery at a house on my block. The guilty was easy to find. He left a trail of money and items that led to his house next door. Needless to say it was a 16 year-old youth. They think they are invisible and will not get caught. Then suddenly, Gotcha!
Now we enter the world of technology and the internet, where most youths can run circles around the older generation. Their downfall is that none of the scarecrows have been to Oz to receive a brain!
Nothing like filming yourselves vandalizing cars and putting it on YouTube! Yeah nobody really watches that stuff. You're safe and the police will never know. Riiiiggghhhttt!
One child apologizes, perhaps that he wasn't too bright. The bad news is that they are 12-15 year-olds and will probably get their wrist slapped. The good news is that in Arizona, if you are a parent, you're responsible for up to $10,000 damage that your child does. Therefore I assume the parents will slap the rest...unless they are rich!
