The Biggest Failures

Although the United States won't admit it, one of the its biggest failures is the North American Free Trade Agreement, or NAFTA. You can read the disillusioned government's assessment and propaganda, which paints a rosy picture. Then again you can read opposing views here or here. Regardless if you agree with it or not, NAFTA is not helping the economic situation other than lining the pockets of the powerful and rich.
The other big failure is the ongoing War On Drugs. You can see what this useless war is costing us. To learn more check this out and this. Sting gives his opinion here not that it matters! But the arguments against the war far outweigh anything the government tells us to justify it. There's more here or here. Regardless if you agree with it or not, the War On Drugs does nothing but to line the pockets of the rich and powerful!
