Eighteen-year-old Stephen Schumaker's father turned his anger to Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd, who decided to release the video and is now under a gag order by the court.
"Grady Judd, our great sheriff, he made a mountain out of a molehill with all these trumped up charges for these kids," he said.
Poor man. A mountain out of a molehill when a girl was beaten for over a half an hour beyond recognition. Maybe the clueless father should pay the hospital bills and other expenses that his 18 year-old twit of a son decided to participate in. He was soooo smart that he and others decided the beating belongs on YouTube. Your kid is a brilliant nut that hasn't fallen too far from your dumbass tree!
Seems the judge doubled the bond on the 'good kids' and their poor parents can't afford it. Awwww, so now they have to actually spend time in a prison. They were all laughing when they got arrested. After all they are young and will beat the rap...unfortunately you put it on YouTube for all to see. It's like your own stupid taped confession.
Now these geniuses may be tried as adults and face prison time. That would be their salvation since the death threats are piling up in their favor!
