The 10 year-old Pot Smoking, Beer Boozing Terror

Just to clarify something...the stories on this blog haven't suddenly stopped, but rather I am temporarily working the dreaded night shift!
Although it is a worldwide rule not to reveal the names of young criminals, a judge let a young boy of 10 be named and shamed for terrorizing his neighborhood. This even included members of his family, and yet his mother and granny thought the judge was rather harsh. Time to meet Lewis Green.
Lewis' list of crimes include damaging cars, threatening neighbors, and smoking pot and drinking booze on camera. He assaulted family members and stole money to buy cigarettes, booze, and dope. His granny thinks he is doing fine and only enjoys cigarettes...at 10!
He now has a 9 pm-6 am curfew, he can't cut bread(is banned from having a knife), or perform mechanical duties(having a screwdriver), throwing stones and eggs, and although he can't have alcohol or be drunk, he can't have pot but can be stoned!
