Suicide Sausage Bomber

A man is threatening to blow up a restaurant and its customers. Police even believed that the straps and bulky items around Sing He's waist were dynamite and detonators. Naturally the bomb squad was called to defuse the situation.

Why is the bomb squad laughing?

The bomb specialist quickly determined that the dynamite was only sausage! If it's any consolation, we are in China!
