A woman filed a $200000 lawsuit against American Airlines(AMR). And what a strange lawsuit it is!
She is suing because the flight crew did not supply adequate security while she slept. She may have a good case.
The woman awoke to find a strange man next to her masturbating! As if that wasn't bad enough, she had a gel-like substance in her hair.
Seems the crew saw the man in the wrong seat and did nothing. When she called for help, she was comforted by a passenger in the seat in back of her. The man was arrested when they arrived at their destination.
Just another 'black-eye' in an idustry that is teetering to the point of extinction.
