Son Of Osama Seeks Asylum

The title says it all. This is breaking news about Omar Osama bin Laden seeking asylum in Spain. He landed in Madrid using a Saudi passport. The flight from Cairo continued to Casablanca without Osama Jr. The grounds for his request for asylum in Spain are unknown.

The ministry is considering his petition and has 72 hours to render its decision. Omar then has the right to appeal the decision meaning it might take awhile. It will be interesting to know why young bin Laden wants asylum in Spain. We shall watch and see...
