We all know that pot is not addictive and the pothead can quit anytime they want. Most never do. Whether it is addictive or not, the marijuana user now can actually CURE their addiction. According to article, a plant extract may block that cannabis addiction. Why do I get this impression that not too many users-that-can-quit-when-they -want will be lining up for this herbal extract?
We learn that rats would much rather press the lever when THC is given rather than when a saline solution is given. Then when the extract known as MLA is given the THC lever is pressed 70% less. Still 30% prefer to continue getting high! Good for them and fight the good fight, man!
