Drug dealers are finding new ways to transport their drugs. Cars have plates and that gets them easily caught, especially in Great Britain. Their new method of transportation is slower than walking. It goes only 4 mph.
Mobility Scooters are the new transportation for drug dealers. They think that if they ride these, the cops will think they are disabled and not harass them. Might work as long as you don't Pimp Your Ride with jewelry and gangsta memorabilia!
