Outsourcing Brilliance

It's a typical move by our illustrious government...meaning the government of the United States not George W Bush. Outsourcing jobs to foreign lands, paying more, and risking some sort of national security doing it. This all at the tax-payer expense, so who care?

Outsourcing blank passports to Europe and Thailand will probably go over smoothly like anything else in life. Not like there are radical criminals in any of these countries!
