OPEC Unhappy

OPEC president says the oil below $53 a barrel is 'unaccceptable!' Blame whoever you want for the price of oil, but ultimately it is the mob-like tactics of OPEC that determine what you pay for oil.
The mild winters may have helped with utilities, but in the long run OPEC doesn't want to lose profits. Maybe this is just a way of saying that it was fun while it lasted, but gas and heating oil will soon go back to a ridiculous luxurious price. For the US, $3 a gallon is about to become a norm!
OPEC plans to cut supply and raise the price of it's black gold.
