Only In France!

Nobody has been more vocal about America's Iraq war than France. It sent no troops to help out. Now I understand that it is in France's rights to oppose the views of other nations. Especially when it comes to the United States. But maybe France opposes war because it is ill equiped for war!

Just an opinion.
