Stop me if you heard this before...dealers using an ice cream truck as a front to sell pot? Raymundo Flores must have loved that film. The illegal immigrant scum bag sold $5 and $10 bags of marijuana to elementary school kids. The students ranged from the third to the fifth grade...that's 9-12 year-olds!
Then you wonder why they won't legalize pot and NORML won't want to bring this up. An illegal idiot without morals should not sell illegal substances to children. An ice cream truck targets a certain audience.
