New Inductees To The Hall Of Shame!

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has announced the next 5 inductees. Referred to as the Hall of Shame by many artists, The Sex Pistols snubbed their induction last year. Most believe it has become a make-believe award ceromony like the Oscars and such. I feel that once Michael Jackson was inducted, the Hall was defiled. That's just me and I'll live with it!
MTV runs the Hall and has a great spin on how many are inducted. It doesn't tell you that many Progressive Rock bands don't stand a chance...except for the Mega-Greatest! That's another story in the world of Rock, that has formed some unholy union with that artificial POP music!
Van Halen, REM, Grandmaster Flash, Patti Smith, and The Ronettes are the new inductees. Van Halen can actually be called Van Halen now. Michael Anthony has left and Wolfgang 'putz' Van Halen is now the bassist. It is believed, or rumored, that David Lee Roth may join them at the induction ceremony in NYC. There is a possible reunion in the works with Roth.
