Mother Without Maternal Instincts...or Smarts!

In some stories you have to read between the lines. This story descrbes a mother who should have been screened before she was permitted to become a mother. She shows up at school to pick up a child but she is not on the pick-up list. Wonder why? She got very aggravated when they would not hand over the child. What she did next proves an unstable mother.
She ended up facing child abuse charges. She dragged her 3 year-old girl, that was with her, 10 ft. pulling her hair, pushed her to the floor and threatened to throw her in the garbage can. All this in front of school officials.
I wonder if the little girl 'had' the scratches in back of her neck or if they were there earlier. Suddenly when they get caught doing something stupid, some people bring on the tears to lighten the charges.
