You think that people would learn. But then you wouldn't have stories about them. People still try to ship dope via mail carriers! Somehow they must think they have a good way to do it, even if it involves sending it to another's house.
New York State plans to profit off of the sales and possession of illegal drugs. They are sure to keep it all anonymous to make one feel at ease! I think this is more of a warning if you get caught.
If you left over 1100 pounds of pot in an abandoned and stolen truck, the authorities would like you to claim it!
Pot doesn't always make you mellow! Sometimes it makes blackmail a man by threatening to cut off a 'part' if he doesn't give you money.
