The housing market isn't going too good. There is talk about recession as forclosures increase. Realtors are trying all they can to sell homes which include dropping the mortgage rate and making the property convenient(by making it more energy efficient, etc.) and economical. Then there are those who find the perfect gimmic under their noses.
A Las Vegas man puts his home up for sale on e-bay. That's not the best part. The best part are the perks included with the house!
It's a golf course community home that the owner remodeled by upgrading the kitchen, rebuilding the bathroom and adding a patio and spa. I have to tell you that with the location and all these improvements the $799,000 asking price is a steal.
But it gets better...
He's throwing in his Toyota Tundra and Mercedes Benz into the deal. One has to wonder if this guy flipped out by deciding on moving and giving a deal for his house. Maybe there is something wrong that he isn't saying. Well you wouldn't know it if you asked around, because there are still a couple more perks...
He'll throw in his Roladex that includes the cell phone numbers of Hollywood celebrities, strippers and A-listers!
And if all of this doesn't make you bid, the house also comes with a tenant that pays rent and wants to continue to live there. This of course is optional...
...but who would want to evict a beautiful model!
