Hemp, Rope, Dope and Hops...It's All Relative

Hemp and cannabis are related in the plant world. One is for rope and the other is for dope! Classification makes them both illegal in the eyes of the DEA. Yet, everyone blinks and winks when it comes to hops, the main preservative of beer. The bitter sweet taste of be-ee-er!

Well, the DEA will soon get to understand the difference between cannabis and hemp. Again, hops are immune. Seems that a couple of farmers who were issued licenses to grow hemp, ran into a snag with the DEA due to the illegal cousin. Of course they filed lawsuits!!! This is America after all.
