The British may be able to handle their liquor but not their marijuana. Apparently, up until now their pot actually stunk! The British smoked RESIN smuggled in from Africa. Resin? Is that still the discarded part?
Britain has discovered the power of homegrown SKUNK weed, and it causing problems. They are checking into rehabs and seeking mental health professionals. This totally blows-up their belief that pot use was down!
