If you're in a canoe with friends and everybody decides to jump off a railroad bridge, who's fault is it if you get killed? The mother of the person who died blames the railroad and the canoe rental!
She claims that the canoe company should have known that people are stupid enough to use canoes to go climb and jump the railroad bridge and jump in the river. The train(which most with common sense knows takes a mile to come to a full stop) should have stopped in a safe and timely manner.
They should actually sue her for raising such a stupid kid in the first place!
