The UN says that the world's drug problem is under control. Let me tell the UN to continue to live under a rock because it is out of touch with reality. The figures are purely distorted and full of crap! Take it from someone who knows about the problem at a local level. In my area it is easier to get drugs today than it was in the 60s and 70s. Marijuana, cocaine, heroin, crack. meth. etc. is easily available.

Make no mistake...money makes ANYTHING available! nuf sed.
