One man's trash is another man's treasure.

A boy has some marijuana to sell. He calls a pothead's number but dials the wrong number. At the other end of the line is a...COP! So the young 14 year old dealer arranges to meet the cop near a school to sell his pot. Both the kid and chauffeur got busted!
