You know you're in trouble when an internet filter filters the good and not the bad. That's what happened when a filter installed by an education department went totally awry. It would block educational sites and access porno sites instead!
Searching for a particular bird, for example, may bring up an unexpected surprise. The irony is that if the education department didn't install these filters, things may have gone much smoother.
