Crime Does Pay

Just when you thought that you heard it all, along comes something that would shock most of our civilization to the point of saying that we truly are moving in the wrong direction. Imagine if foreigners were compensated to commit a crime. The key is that you have to be a foreigner and you have to spend at least a year in prison.
In what almost sounds like a criminal holiday guide, in Norway a foreign criminal can become part of Norway's welfare system if they spend at least 12 months in jail for their crime.Apparently the more severe the crime the more the payout!
Over 3 years in prison and you get a pension. The message seems to be the more violent the crime the better the benefits. Some may even qualify for a pension. It seems that if foreigners want to commit a crime, move to Norway and the more violent the crime the better the benefits!
People from Lithuania, Poland or Bulgaria will get special treatment because after their sentence is up they can even leave Norway and still qualify for benefits.
It seems that Norway is poised to become the crime capital of the world! Not to mention that this will bankrupt their welfare system and end up costing the honest citizens of Norway in the long run. If I were a criminal, I'd move to Norway where crime does pay. I'll bet that they will pay well for the death of the Muhammed artists. Yeah this law is that stupid even though it is a bit exaggerated!
