Police and firefighters rush to an apartment fire. There they arrest the man who answered the door with a crack pipe. He was obviously under the influence and had started the fire.
As police arrest him, he resists and spits on them. Then the brainiac sends them back in the smoke-filled apartment claiming someone else was trapped in the apartment. They probably had no mercy on the crackhead after that!
