Cops Have The Best Dope

Maijuana plants are stolen from the police evidence facility. There is no sign of forced entry so one has to wonder WHO it could possibly be that had knowledge of the plants and a KEY? The brilliance of this investigation can be summed up by the following:
“If they had to come into our police department and get marijuana that means that my officers were doing their job and keeping drugs off the street."
In case you missed it, more than likely the same officers are either partying themselves or putting it BACK on the streets! What amazes me is that the plants were dried and being 'harvested!'
