If Madonna can move to England and take on British customs and an accent, then why can't the Brits come to America and do the same? The thing is that their vanity is echoed throughout the land.
Lets face it, the US HATES soccer but will tolerate it. The great Pele' couldn't popularize it, nor could 'stuck-on-himself' Giorgio Chinaglia popularize a hated sport. Now comes the egomaniac David Beckham who says "I'm not saying me coming to the States is going to make soccer the biggest sport in America ... but I think soccer has a huge, huge potential."
Snore and snore again! The talk around the water cooler at work was people in disbelief that he will be paid over $200 million dollars. Of course he, and his has-been wife Posh Spice, headed for the land of makebelieve, also known as Los Angeles that houses Hollywood.
With his high-priced income in celebritywood, the rich man's cult sends in it's big recruiting guns! Sciencefictionology's own Jesus Cruise was sent to bless the useless ones!
