Collateral Damage vs. Innocent Victim

To listen to enemy combatants, formerly known as terrorists, tell it, people who are killed by their underhanded methods are collateral damage. This is what they call the innocent people who are killed in the name of their twisted agenda.
Since these nice people decide to set-up their bases of operations surrounded by civilians, these people are called innocent victims when a bomb is dropped at their front doors. We continue to protect those who mean us harm, and thanks to a top judge in England, we might just be giving the bad guys an ace in the hole.
Apparently using drones is intolerable because it kills too many civilians. Of course there is no mention about how many enemy combatants, formerly known as terrorists, drones kill! Again we must be given a twisted picture.
England is free to discontinue using drones, if it wishes, but in the US drones are being mass-produced! Let the brave enemy combatants, formerly known as terrorists, fight us away from the innocent victims they worry about and claim. Oh, wait, didn't they invent the concept of human shields?
