Perhaps we should think over the idea of prisons that work on the honor system. Two boys walked out of a juvenile detention center...it was unlocked after all. They then broke into a building that houses a train engine. Somehow they hot-wired the train and went on a joy ride! While on the joy ride they annoyed the locals blowing the whistle and waking them up.
We have come a long way in airport security. That's why a 9 year-old runaway car thief was able to get on a plane to Texas! He wanted to go see his grandfather but fell short.
