Bribery That Works...NOT!

If you try to bribe an officer to get out of a violation, you may have additional charges thrown at you. Think how really brilliant it must be to cut out the middle-man and bribe the big guy. Take this loser who attempted to bribe a judge! This during his court hearing.

Yes, the brains of society are slowly oozing into outer space.
