Airport Hopes, Dreams, and Nightmares

They're getting ready America! The airports are bracing and preparing for the long hot travel season. Although less people are expected to fly, delays are expected and stranded passengers aren't exactly happy campers.
That is why the airports are preparing to accomodate one and all in various ways. Of course smaller airports are on their own and can't afford to offer such accomodations and perks.
I question if air travel is worth it in the long run. Although a quicker form of travel, the aggravation and stress surely must shorten one's life in the long run. Studies seem to be avoided on these topics. Add the tightness in security and you have stress multiplied ten-fold!
Now the airlines are charging for baggage. Some start charging for the first piece while others start charging from the second piece.
